Project Highlights

  •  The bumper painting line of the Great Wall Nubo Jingmen plant uses a double chain skid conveying system, with workpieces placed vertically on one side for continuous painting.

  •  The painting line includes a total of seven robots, ensuring precise and consistent coverage of each workpiece.

  •  The design cycle is 72 seconds per skid, with a production capacity of 50 Jobs Per Hour (JPH) and an annual output of approximately 200,000 sets.

  •  Construction and mass production both commenced in 2021.


Scope of Delivery

  •  Flames:

  •  Installed one Yaskawa GP20HL robot with a British Speed flame system

  •  Primer:

  •  Installed one IRB5500 robot with an AGMDPro spray gun

  •  Color Paint:

  •  Installed one IRB5500 robot with an RB1000-SAD spinning cup

  •  Installed two IRB5500 robots with AGMDPro spray guns

  •  Varnish:
