Project Highlights
The bumper painting line of the Great Wall Nubo Jingmen plant uses a double chain skid conveying system, with workpieces placed vertically on one side for continuous painting.
The painting line includes a total of seven robots, ensuring precise and consistent coverage of each workpiece.
The design cycle is 72 seconds per skid, with a production capacity of 50 Jobs Per Hour (JPH) and an annual output of approximately 200,000 sets.
Construction and mass production both commenced in 2021.

Installed one Yaskawa GP20HL robot with a British Speed flame system
