Project Highlights
The Zhengzhou Junda bumper painting line utilizes a double chain skid conveying system, with workpieces placed on both sides for continuous painting.
The line features a total of fourteen robots to ensure efficient and uniform painting.
Designed production capacity of 45 Jobs Per Hour (JPH), with an annual output of approximately 400,000 sets.
Construction began in 2019, with mass production commencing in 2020.
