The project involved the relocation of the painting robot system for the commercial vehicle branch at Mengcheng, with an annual output of 30,000 multifunctional commercial vehicles.

The project included adding medium paint, color paint inner spray stations, and internal and external varnish spray stations for fixed-point painting, while retaining and relocating existing robots for the medium and color paint outer spray stations.

Designed production capacity of 8 Jobs Per Hour (JPH), with an annual production volume of approximately 30,000 vehicles.

Construction was completed in 2023, and the upgraded line began mass production shortly thereafter.
