 In 2022, Anhui Ankai Automobile Co., Ltd. commissioned the construction of the painting line, robot painting equipment, and related supporting projects for the mid-grade commercial vehicle project.

 The project included the design, production, packaging, transportation, technical coordination, installation and debugging, training, information, and technical services for the spray booth, robot spray equipment, and supporting facilities.

 This was a turnkey project capable of painting bus bodies up to 12 meters long, utilizing a 2K water-based paint coating process.

 Designed production capacity of 2 Jobs Per Hour (JPH), with an annual output of approximately 4,000 vehicles.

 Implementation was completed in 2022, and mass production began in 2023.
